Automatic Renewal Subscription User Service Agreement
This service agreement is regarded as a supplementary agreement to the "VIP Membership Service Agreement", is an integral part of it, and has the same legal effect. If there is a conflict between these rules and the "Mobile Phone Location Searching Service Agreement", these rules shall prevail. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before you click "Activate" to use the mobile phone location to find someone automatic renewal service. When you activate the VIP membership automatic renewal service of mobile location, it is deemed that you have fully understood and agreed to the following rules of use:
1. This service is an automatic renewal service provided for you on the premise that you have activated the VIP membership service of finding someone by mobile phone location. If you activate this service, it is deemed that you authorize Apple, the subscription service provider of Mobile Location and Find People, to have the right to withdraw from your Apple iTunes account (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Account" when your Mobile Location and Find People VIP membership is about to expire. ”) will deduct the service fee for the next service cycle from the balance, including but not limited to 1 month, 3 months, 1 year, etc. (specifically, the service cycle you actually choose to activate). After activating this service, please make sure that you have bound the VIP member account you have opened to find a person with the above account, and that the account balance is not less than the service fee. If the renewal fails due to your unbound account or insufficient deductible balance in the bound account, you shall be responsible for any consequences arising therefrom.
2. Accounts opened for automatic renewal services will automatically deduct fees from your contracted account 24 hours before the expiration of each service period and extend the validity period of your membership according to the corresponding period. To cancel the subscription, please open the settings APP, click "your name" -> "subscription" -> "the subscription you want to manage" -> "cancel subscription" to cancel. If you do not close the subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, it will be deemed that you agree to continue the authorization, and the subscription will automatically renew. If you don't see "Cancel Subscription," the subscription has been canceled and won't renew.
